3. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, fraud screening, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — for serving the website, storing submitted content, and sending transactional email.
- AI model providers — submitted URLs and page content are processed by third-party AI APIs solely to generate the audit or redesign you requested.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data retention
We keep submitted content and audit results for as long as needed to deliver the Service and a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months) for support and quality reasons. Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. We delete or anonymise data when it's no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sales" or "sharing" (we do neither). To exercise any of these rights, email brycen.mogensen22@gmail.com. We'll respond within 45 days.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the site (for example, to remember your session and prevent abuse). We don't use advertising cookies. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time.
8. International transfers
We're based in the USA, and our service providers (including Paddle and AI model providers) may process data in the USA, EU, UK, and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Children
The Service isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
