Terms & Conditions

1. Who you're contracting with
Audits4Sites is operated by Brycen Mogensen, a sole proprietor based in California, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website at audits4sites.com (the "Service") or purchasing a digital deliverable from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What we provide
We sell one-time digital deliverables for website owners: AI-assisted audit reports (delivered as downloadable PDF files) and redesign output (delivered as downloadable HTML files). Free audits are generated automatically; paid tiers (currently a $97 hero-section redesign and a $497 full redesign) include the deliverables described on the pricing section of the site at the time of purchase. We do not provide ongoing marketing, lead-generation, or outreach services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
- Submit URLs or content you do not own or have permission to audit;
- Submit prompts or content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or designed to produce malware, deepfakes, or other harmful output;
- Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the Service's security;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Service beyond normal use;
- Resell or redistribute deliverables without permission.
You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for verifying the accuracy of any output before using it, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may remove output, refuse requests, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and we operate a takedown process for rights-holder complaints — email us at the address below.
4. Your account and content
You're responsible for the accuracy of the URLs, copy, screenshots, and other content you submit, and for keeping any account credentials confidential. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to deliver the Service to you.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service itself, including the software, prompts, branding, and documentation. Once a paid deliverable is fully paid for, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the redesign output for your own marketing.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles refunds. Payment, billing, tax, and checkout mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. AI-generated output
Audits and redesign drafts are generated with the help of AI models. Output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any deliverable before sending it to your customers or publishing it. The Service is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Service level & warranties
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or any deliverable is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that limitation would be unlawful.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
